Built in Lagos, for the way Lagos works.

Lagos runs on people who turn up. Hotels need extra hands for a busy weekend. Event companies need forty ushers for one night. Warehouses need loaders before sunrise. And thousands of people want work that fits around school, family or another job.

ShiftNaija is the marketplace between them. Businesses post short shifts with the pay shown upfront. Verified workers nearby choose the ones that suit them, check in on the day, and get paid the same day.

We took what works in flexible staffing elsewhere and built it for Nigeria: Naira-native pay, NIN and BVN verification, and apps designed for real Lagos data and network conditions. We are starting in Lagos.
